COVID-19 Update

Due to ongoing developments with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, plus the recent announcement of positive cases here in Ohio, DataServ wanted to reach out to let you know that the health of all our families is a priority.

Since DataServ actively uses collaboration technology in our day-to-day operations, we can adapt to this situation more calmly than most and have taken steps to safeguard our service delivery.  Over 50% of our Team Members currently work from remote locations or home offices and all of our Team Members have the ability to work remotely with our scalable, unified communications and workflow tools.  We continue to ask our Team Members to stay home if they feel sick.

Should the situation escalate further, we are prepared with our Emergency Response Plan so that we may continue providing services for your organization.  For project work, we do work with multiple suppliers and do have redundancy for ordering; however, we can’t predict the global manufacturing impacts that our vendors may experience.  Should manufacturing issues arise, we will be communicating and working together with you until resolution.  As always, should you need support, please log a ticket at or call (800) 977-3282.

We continue to monitor developments with the Ohio Department of Health,  Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the World Health Organization.  Because this situation could have variable impacts, we plan to continue to adapt and will provide additional communication updates as needed.
