By outlining the methods for establishing and sharpening risk management strategies, our talk will guide participants through the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and how to (1) Identify (2) Protect, (3) Detect, (4) Respond and (5) Recover to mitigate risk and reduce impact during a cyber-attack.

• A roadmap for improving risk management strategies, beginning with an organization’s people, through examples of good practice
• New strategies for refining security policies and processes to alleviate potential impact
• A clear understanding of the NIST framework and its direct application to their environment
